We would like to welcome you to our family self-catering and to lovely Stromnesss, Orkney. We would like to share our COVID-19 Procedures to reassure you that we are following Scottish Government and The Association of Scotland's Self-Caterers (ASSC) Guidelines to maintain the highest standards for the safety, wellbeing and enjoyment of our guests.
- You will be met on arrival to take you through the check in process and to ensure you are happy and settled for your stay
- We are carrying out an intensive deep clean after every let
- We have also taken away some of the soft furnishings or rotate them on a weekly basis
- Additional cleaning and hand sanitising products are provided for your stay
- It would be much appreciated if you could strip the beds carefully folding bedding inwards gently and leave it ready for us to launder
- We advise careful regular handwashing when arriving back to the property from a day out. Handwashing and cleaning products are provided for your use
- Please keep the house ventilated during your stay and most importantly on the morning of your departure by opening windows as early as is comfortable
- Put all the rubbish and recycling in the specific bins provided outside the house
- Should you develop COVID-19 symptoms during your stay; you must immediately contact NHS inform or call 0800 028 2816 for advice
